Its not all about fish you know

We have gone to many trade shows over the years.We go and meet our colleagues in the fish industry and usually have a well deserved holiday away from the kids.We have been in many interesting places over the years ,Poland, Germany ,USA and even as far away as China. All very exciting but this week I decided to go across the pond to the NEC Birmingham food and drink expedition dedicated not only to fish but all types of food.
Richard Branson tells us to 'Look, Listen and Learn' and that is what I tried to do.
It amazes me to see how generous and giving people are to share their knowledge. We are always told by our business mentors to learn from other people,s mistakes so let hope we can take that advise on board.! Lots of work ahead.
